The team of the firm constitutes 7 Partners having expert knowledge and specializing in functional area, like statutory audit, internal audit, direct tax, indirect tax, company law, Business advisory service, management consultancy. The Partners are ably assisted by a trained and experienced technical personnel consisting of Chartered Accountants, Ex-Bankers and commerce and management graduates and articled assistants. Our team members follow a well-defined methodology and strictly enforced procedures to deliver high quality services at all times. Radha Krishna Tulsyan is Founder Partner of the firm with about 5 decades of rich experience in practice. Under his guidance and leadership the firm has earn ed a reputation as a single window professional service firm rendering excellent quality service. He possesses high degree of professional competence in the areas of Audit & Assurance services and Direct Taxation.

02. Dilip Kumar, FCA
Dilip Kumar, Senior Partner of the Firm, is in charge of Mumbai office of the firm and has experience of about twenty seven years as a practicing Chartered Accountant and has attained a high level of professional efficiency. He has specialized knowledge in the areas of Corporate Audits, Bank Audits, Inspection, Company Law, Income Tax, and other allied matters in the Accounting Profession.

He is also a qualified Company Secretary (CS), Cost & Management Accountant (CWA). He has qualified Information System Audit (DISA) and certification course on Bank Audits, courses of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

03. Sushil Kumar Tulsyan, FCA
Sushil Kumar Tulsyan, Senior Partner of the Firm, is in charge of Head office (Patna) of the firm and has experience of about twenty three years as a practicing Chartered Accountant and has attained a high level of professional efficiency. He has specialized knowledge in the areas of Corporate Audits, Bank Audits, Insurance Company’s Audit, Company Law, Income Tax, and other allied matters in the Accounting Profession.

He has qualified Certified Information System Audit (CISA) and is member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He also has qualified Information System Audit (DISA) course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a technical reviewer empanelled with Quality Review Board.

04. Priti Tulsyan, FCA
Priti Tulsyan, partner of the Firm, is based at Patna and has experience of about seventeen years as a practicing Chartered Accountant and has attained a high level of professional efficiency. She has specialized knowledge in the areas of Corporate Audits, Bank Audits and other allied matters in the Accounting Profession.

She has qualified Information System Audit (DISA) and certification course on Bank Audits, courses of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

She also has served as office bearer as elected members of Patna Branch of ICAI during the period 2010-2013.

05. Deepak Kumar, FCA
Deepak Kumar, is partner of the Firm since 1997, in charge of Surat office of the firm and has experience of about twenty years as a practicing Chartered Accountant. Before joining the firm he has worked and experience in manufacturing industry. He has specialized knowledge in the areas of Corporate Audits, Bank Audits, Financing, Income Tax, and other allied matters in the Accounting Profession.

He has qualified Information System Audit (DISA) and certification course on Bank Audits, courses of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

06. Usha Lodha, FCA
Usha Lodha is partner of the firm since 2001 and is based in Kolkata. She has experience of about fifteen years in providing services in area of internal audits, statutory audits and tax compliances.

He has qualified Information System Audit (DISA) and certification course on Bank Audits, courses of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

07. Garima S Mor, ACA
Garima S. Mor is youngest partner in the firm and has post qualification experience of about two years and she is based at our Surat office.
